Can I get a refund for eSends services?

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. That's why we provide a refund policy and a refund guarantee for eSends data plans. Certain terms and conditions must be met. Before purchasing, please make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

Refunds for eSends Data Plans and Top-Ups

You may request a refund for eSends data plans and top-ups purchased through our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are not available for plans that have been used or have expired. Any amount corresponding to the data or other services already consumed cannot be refunded.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be processed, unless the claim concerns a verified technical issue with the eSends app, which must be reported to eSends within 1 hour at [email protected].

All refund requests are reviewed within 15 business days from the date of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
